Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 - 4 days. You will receive an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15 - 28 days.

Canada: 12 - 20 days
International: 15 – 28 days


Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. A shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number with the subject “A shipment from order (#your order number) is on the way” is then sent directly to the email address provided by you during checkout within 2 - 4 days.

Please check your email’s “spam” folders if you did not receive a tracking number.


Customs and Duties

Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately, we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for packaged seized by customs.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate any changes. Once an order has shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund, buy is to bear the return shipping fees.
